Managing Your Team

You can add team members/staff to your Hiveage account from  Settings > Team.

To add a new member, click the  Create New button. When you fill in the details and hit Save, Hiveage will send an invitation email to them, granting them access to your business in Hiveage. If they already have a Hiveage account, your business will appear in their Hiveage Launch Pad.

Roles and Permission Levels

Account owner

Super-user with all the privileges; this role cannot be assigned to team members.

Admin

Can access reports from the dashboard and can manage all statements (i.e. invoices, estimates, bills). Also can access most settings including the Team section. Not able to upgrade an account, change billing details or modify company identity (subdomain, email .etc).

Manager

Can access reports from the dashboard and can manage all statements (i.e. invoices, estimates, bills). Also can access some settings including the Team section. Not able to upgrade an account, change billing details, modify company identity (subdomain, email .etc), apply account customizations, or change system preferences.

Staff

Can create statements and view/edit statements shared by others.
Cannot access dashboard reports, settings, upgrade an account, change billing details or modify company identity (subdomain, email .etc).

Contractor

Can only access statements shared with him/her; cannot access reports, settings, etc.

Sharing Statements

When you want non-admin users to view/edit a statement (invoice, estimate etc.), you have to share it with them, by opening the More menu of that statement and selecting Share with Team.
