Troubleshooting Email Delivery

Hiveage will send invoice notifications and other emails to your clients on your behalf, using your email address. If you find that your clients are not receiving these emails, please check the following:

  1. If you’re using a Yahoo or AOL email address, please use a different email address (Why?), preferably from your own domain, or from a service like Gmail. (Changing your Hiveage email address)
  2. Please check if the recipients’ email addresses are correct.
  3. Please ask your clients to check if the emails have ended up in their Spam folder. If so, please ask them to add your email address to their white list so that future emails will be delivered to their inbox.
  4. If you are using an email address from your own domain, please authorize Hiveage as an email sender by adding the SPF and DKIM records.
