Exporting Your Data as PDF
You can download the invoices in your Hiveage account at any time in PDF format. We’re currently working on adding this bulk PDF download option for estimates, bills and payment receipts as well.
To export your data, please follow these steps:
1. Go to Settings > Data Import/Export
2. Select Data Export and select PDF as the format:
3. Enter a date range for the invoices to be exported. Please note that a maximum of 2,500 invoices can be exported in PDF format at a time.
4. Click Start Export
Hiveage will generate a zip archive of the invoices in PDF format, and then notify you via email. Please follow the link in this email to download the exported invoices.
