Changing your Hiveage email address
Changing the email address associated with your Hiveage account is super easy.
- Log into your Hiveage account.
- From the profile menu (at the top right of the screen) select Your Global Profile.
- In the popup window, change the email that appears under Your Email and hit Update Email.
Hiveage will then send a verification email to the new email address. Please click the link in this email to confirm the change: if verification is not completed, your old email address will remain effective.
Once this step is complete, you can log into Hiveage using the new email address.
Note: Changing the email associated with your global profile will not affect your business details. If you want to change your business’s email address, please do so from its Settings > Your Business Profile section.
