Changing your Hiveage email address

Changing the email address associated with your Hiveage account is super easy.

  1. Log into your Hiveage account.
  2. From the profile menu (at the top right of the screen) select Your Global Profile.

  3. In the popup window, change the email that appears under Your Email and hit Update Email.

Hiveage will then send a verification email to the new email address. Please click the link in this email to confirm the change: if verification is not completed, your old email address will remain effective.

Once this step is complete, you can log into Hiveage using the new email address.

Note: Changing the email associated with your global profile will not affect your business details. If you want to change your business’s email address, please do so from its Settings > Your Business Profile section.
